Why do shipping prices vary?

Storm Mosquitos uses two trusted fulfilment systems, and each handles shipping differently:

1. Print-on-Demand (Printify)

Most apparel, mugs, journals, and gifts are printed on demand.
Depending on your location:

  • Australia-printed items → cheaper shipping + faster delivery

  • USA or international printing → higher postage + longer delivery due to distance

2. Syncee Dropshipping Suppliers

Home-living items such as diffusers, humidifiers, weighted blankets, and accessories ship directly from supplier warehouses in Australia or overseas.

Because different products come from different locations, shipping rates vary, and orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Your exact shipping cost will always appear at checkout before payment.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing Time

  • Printify items: 2–5 business days

  • Syncee dropship items: 1–4 business days

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Printify items: 7–15 business days

  • Syncee items: 7–20 business days

International

  • Printify items: 10–20 business days

  • Syncee items: 10–25 business days

Delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs, holidays, or remote areas.
You will receive tracking details by email once each parcel ships.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always.

If your order includes:

  • both Printify and Syncee items, or

  • items printed/fulfilled in different countries

…they will ship separately.

Each parcel will have its own tracking number, emailed to you when dispatched.


What’s your returns policy?

We want every customer to feel confident and supported.

✔ You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted

  • You contact us within 30 days

  • Photos are provided for verification

❌ We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or colour ordered

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Made-to-order items without a manufacturing issue
