At Storm Mosquitos Apparel, we believe in clear, simple, and transparent shipping. Because we use both print-on-demand and dropship suppliers, delivery times and shipping costs can vary depending on the products in your order. Below is everything you need to know.

🌈 How Your Order Is Fulfilled

We work with two trusted fulfilment systems:

1. Print-on-Demand (POD)

Used for:

  • Apparel

  • Mugs

  • Journals

  • Home & gift items

These products are made-to-order through Printify partners located in Australia, the USA, the UK, and other regions.
Your item is printed closest to your delivery location whenever possible.

2. Dropshipping Fulfilment (Syncee)

Used for:

  • Diffusers

  • Humidifiers

  • Weighted blankets

  • Home wellness items

These products are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse, based on stock availability and customer location.

👉 Because these systems are separate, orders containing different product types may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

⏳ Processing Times

Printify POD Items

  • Made to order

  • Processing: 2–5 business days

Syncee Dropship Items

  • Processing varies by supplier

  • Typically 1–4 business days

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Within Australia

  • POD items: 7–15 business days

  • Dropship items: 7–20 business days (depending on warehouse location)

International (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, NZ & more)

  • POD items: 10–20 business days

  • Dropship items: 10–25 business days, depending on region and customs

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by seasonal delays, postal congestion, or customs processing.

💰 Shipping Fees

We keep shipping simple and fair:

Australia

  • Flat rate: $14.95 AUD

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD

International

  • Shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and fulfilment method

  • Free global shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Shipping costs may vary for different products, as some are fulfilled from Australian providers while others ship from international POD facilities.

🌎 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Depending on your country, you may be charged VAT, customs duties, or import taxes when your parcel arrives.

These fees:

  • Are not included in your order total

  • Are set by your local customs authority

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

Storm Mosquitos Apparel cannot predict these costs.

📬 Tracking Your Order

  • Most POD orders include tracking once dispatched

  • Dropship suppliers also provide tracking whenever available

  • If your order ships in multiple parcels, you will receive multiple tracking numbers

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

⏱ If Your Order Is Delayed

Delays can be caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • International transit

  • Weather events

  • Courier backlogs

  • Peak holiday seasons

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please reach out and we’ll investigate immediately.
