Refund policy

At Storm Mosquitos Apparel, every item is created or sourced through trusted fulfilment partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and care.
Because many of our products are made to order, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.


How Your Order Is Fulfilled

We work with two fulfilment systems:

1. Print-on-Demand (Printify)

Most apparel, mugs, journals, and gift products are made to order by our Printify partners in Australia, the USA, and other regions.

2. Dropshipping Suppliers (Syncee)

Certain items—such as diffusers, humidifiers, weighted blankets, and wellness accessories—are fulfilled and shipped directly from Syncee-approved suppliers.

Because different items come from different fulfilment partners, return procedures may vary slightly.


Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

✔ It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
✔ You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
✔ You provide clear photos of the issue for verification

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief explanation of what went wrong

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or approve a refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect size ordered
❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
❌ Orders where customer-provided details (address, colour, size) were incorrect

Because POD items are created individually for each order, please check size guides carefully before purchasing.


Dropshipping Items (Syncee)

For items fulfilled through Syncee suppliers:

• Eligibility for replacement or refund depends on the supplier’s policy
• We will ALWAYS advocate on your behalf
• Issues such as damaged, incorrect, or missing items require photos

Most Syncee suppliers require that issues be reported within 7–14 days of delivery, so please contact us promptly.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any:

• Customs duties
• VAT or GST
• Import taxes or clearance fees

These charges:

• Are not included in your order total
• Cannot be controlled or estimated by Storm Mosquitos Apparel
